Royal Marsden Hospital, Oak Cancer Centre

The new £70m Oak Cancer Centre is a state-of-the-art research and treatment facility funded by The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The Centre has been designed to help accelerate the development of new cancer treatments, diagnose more cancers at an earlier stage and enhance the treatment experience for patients.

Stirling Medical were contracted to supply fitted furniture in the drug preparation and Clean Utility areas. It was vital that the new furniture was not only compliant with the latest regulations but also fit for purpose. The project included a combination of Systemed modular storage cabinetry and the Barrd keyless access management system for medicines storage.
